Wild Journaling - Winter

$40.00

In this class you will learn how to record your observations of the natural world by using words and drawings in your own unique nature journal. You will deepen your observational skills and connect with nature on a personal level, all in a playful, mindful and creative manner. In addition to being fun, nature journaling can improve your recognition of plants and animals and your understanding of ecology.

We will spend time in the classroom working alone and together on our journals and you will leave with more knowledge, confidence and kinship with our beautiful Montana home. You do not need to be a writer or artist for this class, just bring your curiosity and fearlessness!

Supplies that students should bring: a blank journal or loose paper, pencils, pencil sharpener, pen, colored pencils, ruler, magnifying glass/loupe.
